Vintage Webster Sterling Silver White Lucite Teething Ring Rattle Birth Record

his is a lovely pre-owned vintage teething ring/baby rattle made by Webster from solid sterling silver (marked Sterling Web on bail & rear of rattle).
It has a White/Clear Lucite teething ring & a sterling silver rattle portion.  The rattle portion is very detailed including the birth record of the child & weight.
In this instance the date is Nov 10 1970 & the baby weight is 6lb 14 oz. The clock shows  4 o'clock
as the birth time.
It is approx. 3 inches x 1.75 inches at longest/widest points.  The sterling portion is approx. 1.75 inches x 1 inch at longest/widest points.
Lovely item in good pre-owned/vintage condition; some light scratching due to age/use.
