Vintage THE CITY LOAN BANK Natural Bristle Wisk Broom CLOTHES BRUSH RUMPP Holder

You are looking at / bidding on a vintage natural broom bristle clothing brush.  It has a RUMPP leather snapping cover to slide in and protect it, that says THE CITY LOAN, and a furry inside (to polish shoes??).  I don't think that it has ever been used....in very good condition.  The only issue is a blue mark on the fur inside, that came with some corrosion on the snaps, that I had to clean off.
