Vintage Seto Ware Blue & White Fisherman Figurine Maruyama Toki Yamashiro

Up for auction a vintage Setoware blue and white fisherman figurine by Maruyama Toki Yamashiro Ryuhei, a notable ceramist in the Aichi Providence known for his figurines of people, animals and characters.  Incised mark on the bottom is documented to have been used from circa 1921 to the 1930s.
The fisherman measures 6 3/8" high, 2 1/4" long, 2 3/16" wide and weighs 5.7 ounces prior to packing for shipping.
This piece is in very good used vintage condition without cracks, chips, flakes or repairs.  There is a void in the base, looks like a bubble from the molding.  Also bubbling in the glaze that lends texturing to the apparel.  Some inclusions and other glaze bubbles.
