Vintage Floral Flower Porcelain Toothpaste Dispenser with Metal Squeezer

This is a porcelain tooth paste dispenser with the metal squeezer.  Unmarked on the bottom. Maybe could be used for other things--like glue>>or paint>?  Ideas?   Great condition.  Appears to be an older make.  From a smoke free home.  I am down sizing my collections.    Thanks for viewing.  Love offers.
