Victorian Prison Made Woven Horse Hair Watch Chain Mourning Fob Cowboy

Offered is a wonderful prison made? horsehair pocket watch fob. The black fobs like this were made for the  mourning of a loved one. This fob has a horseshoe that was used as the hanger. The "T" bar is woven also with hair. The knots and weaving, braiding or whatever are very intricate . Some rancher or Judge was  the likely  owner of this dandy. Total length is 10". the horseshoe is 1" x 1". In great  shape.
