TransferRite is an established name in the sign-making industry, known for their high-quality premask and application tapes. 592U has a high-tack adhesive and is recommended for use with intermediate or calendered films, and specially intended for projects with smaller letters and graphics.

Return Policy
You have 30 days from the time you receive a product to initiate a return or to report a defective product.  The preferred method to initiate a return is to contact us via the eBay messaging system.  Returns will be pre-authorized through eBay 30 day free-return policy and processed 48 business hours  after the item has been received by Sign Supply Closeout.See the items below to determine the terms for your return.

Warranty
Products with a warranty will have the warranty period listed in the item description. Items without warranty information listed on the product  description page will not be covered by warranty.
If you are having problems with a product contact Sign Supply Closeout Support via the eBay messaging system. Buyers will receive a response  within the allowed eBay policy timeframe of up to 3 business day (with a minimum of 24 business hour response) to resolve an issue. We ask that you respond to this message to confirm its contents for eBay Buyer Protection purposes.Sign Supply Closeout reserves the right to send replacement parts for any equipment being covered under warranty, instead of replacing the machine  outright.
Sign Supply Closeout will ship these parts via UPS Ground shipping with no cost to the customer.
Sign Supply Closeout technical support staff must be  contacted directly for full support, contact information is available at Sign Supply Closeout website, Support section, to create a ticket or speak with a  Sign Supply Closeout agent directly as well as resource information for troubleshooting assistance.
If Sign Supply Closeout determines that the equipment is not able to be repaired, then an RMA number will be assigned and the customer will be  authorized to return the equipment for replacement. Any equipment older than 30 days may be replaced with a certified refurbished unit at our  discretion.
Defective Items
If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, Sign Supply Closeout recommends that you add pictures showing any scratches or defects when sending a request for the return. Return request can also be in a form of item exchange, so make sure you select the correct option when filling out the  return request form.
Free Returns and Refunds
Sign Supply Closeout abides by eBay Return and Refund policies. Sign Supply Closeout accepts and offers free returns. However, make sure to check the Return section of individual listings you are about to purchase as there may be exceptions to free return policy. To start a return, log into your eBay account, select the item you want to send back, and follow the instructions. Make sure your return is trackable. Sign Supply Closeout may deduct up to 50% of the refund amount if the item is returned damaged, missing parts, or packaged incorrectly.
State Sales Tax

Sign Supply Closeout does not accept International orders. Also, Sign Supply Closeout does not ship orders to Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, and US Protectorates. But for those interested, Sign Supply Closeout will ship selected items domestically using the Global Shipping Program (GSP) supported by eBay. With the GSP, when we sell to an international buyer we simply ship your item to eBay global shipping center, and they take care of the rest.
