Condition:
This is the Ogilvie 7-Day Curls Temporary Home Perm.  This appears to be a new, unused product.  The Neutralizer, paperwork, and tissues are obviously new.  The tips on the bottles are intact.
However, the Waving Lotion container appears to be missing some liquid and is only about 2/3 full.  The tip has not been cut off but I suppose someone could have unscrewed the cap and poured a little off.  It should contain 3.75 fl. oz. and I would say there is probably 2.75 fl. oz. left.  The bottle weighs 3.5 oz.
The Neutralizer bottle weighs 4.5 oz., so I am guessing it has the entire 3.75 fl oz.
The box reads that the product was produced around 1999 and I do not see an expiration date on it.  I have no idea if this is still an active product of if it may damage your hair if used.  You probably know more about it than me.  Please consider that before bidding.   This item is being sold as a collectible ONLY, any use on your hair comes at YOUR OWN RISK.  The box is in good condition.  Please see photos for specifics.
