It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure the shipping address is correct at checkout.  We will only ship to the address supplied to us by Ebay/Paypal.  Do not ask foritem to be sent to a different address after checkout is complete.
If an item is returned for issues with the address such as “insufficient address” we reserve the right to ask the buyer to pay the additional shipping cost involved in reshipping or we may decide not to reship and issue a refund in which may have the original shipping deducted.

This item is a used item.  I do not have knowledge to the previous history/usage of this item.  I tested to make sure it powers on and visually checked for any defects.  If any defects were discovered they have been disclosed in the item description.  Unfortunately, sometimes it  takes using the product in its full capacity to detect a problem.  I have a NO RETURN policy but I’m always willing to work with a customer to reach a resolution if a product fails to perform as expected.  No reason to threaten me or be mean just simple send a message and state what the problem is and we will go from there.
