Handmade rectangular toddler brown & blue plaid soft fleece winter scarf. Very good condition from a smoke free home.

Payment
Winning bidder will receive a confirmation email with a link to PayPal. I only accept Paypal and will only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses. Major credit cards and checks are accepted through PayPal. I do not accept any other payment method at this time.
Payment is expected immediately, and must be received within 4 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with me. If I do not hear from you within the 4 days, I will have no choice but to open an unpaid item case.
Shipping
I'm not interested in making money off of shipping charges. I would be happy to combine my other items into a single package for you. If you purchase multiple items, please email me BEFORE paying so that I can invoice your items and give you a discount for the combined shipping charges or so that I can upgrade your package to Priority Mail (if the combined weight is over 16 ounces).
All orders are shipped within three business days after payment is received and or cleared, not including weekends or holidays. I try to ship your item the same day if payment is received in the early morning.
Returns
I accept returns with a 30-day money back policy. After receiving your item, I must be notified within 30 days of any problem or possible return. Shipping will be paid by the buyer to return the item. No refund will be given until I receive the item and verify that it is in the same condition it was in when shipped. Please use eBay's return service to assure that all buyer and seller protection policies are followed.
Exceptions are made for items broken during shipping and when no insurance was purchased.
