G.D. Fans !!!  There was Nothing left to do but Smile, Smile, Smile ! when you would open-up that G.D.T.S. ' Mail Order ' Ticket envelope - finding out not only that your ticket order was ' Filled ' ! ... but, all the cooler too - when the Show that you were about to Tour ... features a shiny Grateful Dead " Golden Rose !! " Logo !!!  Just about as " Quintessential ! " G.D. as it gets - for sure ...  And, just to think that this May '91 Expo run actually happened well-over 25-Years ago ! now ... Wow !!?  Time does ' Fly ' !  This is a Vintage Original ( Genuine / Authentic ) G.D.T.S. ' Mail Order ' Ticket for the May 5, 1991 ( 5/5/1991 ) " Rex Foundation Benefit " Show ! at the Cal Expo Amphitheatre - in Sacramento, California ( CA ) !!  This is a still ! Brand-New unused / untorn, etc. Ticket for the 3rd & Final-Show ! of the May '91 3-Show run at Expo - for Rex !!!  Expo got a Ton ! of Rex Benefit Shows ... and the Dead Fans got a lot of Expo ! - from Summer '84 !! - all the way to Summer '94 !!!  Nothing like seeing a brightly-colored Waterslide ! right behind the stage ... and, in the case of 1991 - I would have to estimate that Cal Expo was pretty much the most intimate ! Venue left - that the Band was still able to play !  With, maybe say ... Pine Knob & Deer Creek also being in the conversation - and, maybe more too ... but, you know - just off the top of my Dead-Head !  And as for This ! 5/5/91 " Night 3 ! " Expo Show ... Whoa !?! ... as my oh my - did the Boys Bring The Heat !! ... and, naturally too - in California Rex ! Benefit style.  Help > Slip > Franklin's ! opened-up this Rex Show ! - Rooster & Picasso both ! Smoked !! - and Brown Eyed led into a Promised Land Heater !  Eyes Opener ! for Set II ... with a way-cool ! Truckin' > Terrapin delivery ... and then - after Drums > Space - out comes The Other One !!! to play ... Blammo !! - as they Cooked ! this one - you know ... like over-easy ! ' West Coast ' style !  Ha !!  The Wharf Rat was real-pretty too ... and then there was Absolutely-No " Throwin' It Away " here my fellow Fans - as this one was some serious mustard on it ... with a '91 Powerhouse Bobby Ace ! leading the charge ... with a Good Ol' N.F.A. ! - for Rex, as No ! ... " Our Love Will Not Fade~Away !!! ".  1991 - in Cali ! - and at Expo !! - for Rex !!! - with the Band playing Real-Strong !!! ... Enjoy !!!!!

This Vintage Original ( Genuine / Authentic ) Grateful Dead ( GDP / GDTS ) Unused Mail Order Ticket for the 1991 Early Summer Tour Show on May 5, 1991 ( 5/5/1991 ) at the Cal Expo Amphitheatre in Sacramento, California ( CA ) is in Excellent (Near Mint/Mint) condition, with one small mark on the backside of the ticket (please see photos/photos #11,#12).  Ticket perforation areas are in in tact, and firm.  This Ticket has been ' Star ' punched by GDP, for the standard at-the-gate authentication purposes - from this era, which is how this Mail Order Ticket was originally-issued when sent to Buyers (please see photos).  Please see all photos provided.  Please see all close-up photos provided for the actual item condition.  Photos included are of the actual item you will receive.  Grateful Dead " Golden Rose !!
