Our Xpert Corner Rounder is
the
ultimate tool for rounding corners on aluminum, brass, magnetic, copper, leather, sheet metal, Dibond®, omega board, coroplast, posterboard  and much, much more. The convenience of this tool comes from the fact that there's  no set-up needed and, with one simple punch, you can create one of four different radii—no measuring, marking or sanding individual corners!  This sale includes the holding base that attaches to the arbor press and holds the corner rounder in place while you insert the material into the corner rounder.
Allowing you to simply punch and go, this tool operates using the one ton manual arbor press (sold separately-Harbor Freight) and is spring loaded. Take advantage of four different radius notches—¼", ½", ¾" and 1" —while shearing up to .080" aluminum and 6mm Dibond, sentra, sheet metal and magnetic material.   Price includes the "Xpert Tool Base" (red base seen in picture).
***The corner rounder is now available with metric sizing as well! The four different radii are 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, and 25mm.
