If you are restoring an old Police car this is for you. The unit powers up. I don't know if all the functions work. We've tested the air horn, the Level 3 (red) all the signals and sirens, all the lights light up, volume knob works, selector switch works. Level 1,2 3 light up so I assume they all work. You are buying it as described. Chances are the apparatus this old needs some repairs or adjustments. It is a good solid unit for a possible refurbishment. There are scratches and scuffs on it, some corrosion. It comes with the original mounting bracket so often missing in other listings.
