    Description

    In this listing - a PVC contour gauge for doing layout work - push the gauge edge up against an object  the pull it back - the outline of the object will be in the gauge - hundreds of little fingers move back and forth to create the profile line.  This is an indispensible tool for doing layout work.  It is very well made and is sold in Canada by Lee Valley Tools - they only sell the best.  The working edge is 18" long.
    PLUS
    A 36' profile strip - flexible but holds a curve so you can lay it up against or wrap it around something - remove it and trace the curve - with these two tools you should be able to get a precise fit around and up against any object.
