Use 15ml
and top up to 250ml of lukewarm water 1-2 times weekly.

Fill the plastic bottle provided with the

feminine wash up to:
mark A (15ml) if used for the personal hygiene
mark B (30ml) if used for treatment of an infection
Add warm water up to mark C (250ml).
Apply the applicator and shake the bottle well to mix the contents.
Insert the applicator as far as possible into the vagina.
Press the bottle to release the contents.
Pull out the bottle from vagina and enable air to flow into the bottle until it regains its normal shape.
Re-insert the applicator into the vagina and repeat the same process.
Repeat this process until all the contents of the bottle have been used.
Wipe dry any excess liquid remaining around the vagina with a clean cloth or tissue.
Clean the bottle and applicator and store carefully for re-use later.
