Description

The Xpert Beveling Table comes with a BOSCH router and custom bit. This table is fully adjustable so that no one needs to touch the router. A knob on the front adjusts the depth of the bevel by moving the router forward and backward. This changes the thickness of the bevel on each sign. An adjustable finger guard allows different thicknesses to be beveled, while still keeping fingers safe. This table allows you to easily bevel acrylic panels from 1/8" to 1/2" thick with no problems.
Once everything is set where you want it, simply tighten the spring loaded set screws to hold it in place. Each sign will be beveled consistently and safely. With this table, rounded corners and circular signs are not a problem. Anyone can bevel them and have consistent results.
Why would you outsource your beveling when you can do it yourself with this simple table?!
