ONE (1) BOX OF AVON HALLOWEEN MAKEUP STICKS FOR FACE AND BODY - NEW
. There are 4 sticks in the box - colors are BOO BLUE, SPOOKY ORANGE, BLACK CAT BLACK, AND WITCH GREEN.  these were my mother in law's who sold Avon years ago - we're just trying to move it out.

SHIPPING – FREE to United States customers by lowest cost means available.
Address used will be the one on your eBay account so please make sure it is current – if the item is returned as undeliverable then shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. Also please note I CANNOT be responsible for lost due to theft after delivery (viz., porch pirates).
INTERNATIONAL (non-US) BIDDERS – When using the calculator, please note that it will NOT include my seller shipping discount.
I will refund the difference between calculated and actual greater than 1 USD.
I ship within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment – Monday through Saturday. Obviously if it is late on a Saturday or on a Sunday/Holiday then there might be a day’s delay.
Returns accepted as long as item is in same condition as received.
Any use of the sticks will mean you have accepted them.
SALES TAX:

One thing - I ask that you either pay or communicate with me as to how you're going to pay within 4 days of auction close.   I will work with you if there is a problem - but if I don’t hear from you by the end of the fourth day – I will file a nonpaying bidder complaint with eBay, who will take it up with you directly.
