    Chicago & Southern 5 Year Service Pin.  Hallmarked: 'METAL ARTS CO. 1/10 10k GF, ROCH NY' .  Measures 3/4" wingtip to wingtip and 1/2" top to bottom. The first date I can find the 3 Star logo is on the September 1946 timetable cover.  Thanks for checking my auctions.
